Eurofase Inc. provides a one-year warranty on socketed fixtures and a five-year warranty on integrated LED fixtures. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship from the date of shipment. In the event of a defect, Eurofase Inc. will either repair or replace the product, which is the sole remedy offered under this warranty.
It is important to note that this warranty applies only to products used with components supplied by Eurofase Inc. Eurofase Inc. is not liable for any issues arising from the use of its products with other components. Additionally, Eurofase Inc. does not cover any professional, trade, or other costs related to the installation or disposal of its products.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and is exclusive, superseding any other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Please be aware that bulbs are not covered under this warranty and are not included with fixtures unless specifically stated. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover products altered or repaired outside of Eurofase Inc.'s factory, or products subjected to neglect, abuse, misuse, or accidents, including shipping damages.
For warranty service, products must be returned to the Eurofase Inc. factory with a Return Materials Authorization issued by Eurofase Inc, within one year from the date of shipment
