It does not cover alterations, repairs outside of Eurofase's facilities, or damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents.
Legal Governance: Governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, this exclusive warranty supersedes others, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. For warranty service, return products to Eurofase Inc. with a Return Materials Authorization within one year.
